The first step is to arrange a free consultation with us, to help understand your options.
Free site visit:
We’ll visit the piece of land you’ve chosen, and work with you to agree on the best aspect and design for the house, tailoring it to the layout of the land available.
Based on the site visit and our initial consultation, we’ll give you an estimate of costs, informed by your requirements.
We won’t waste your time or ours. We’ll be honest about what you can achieve with the space and budget available.
Your personalised proposal
If you’re happy to progress, we’ll meet with you to begin the concept plan design and selection process. A fee to cover costs is required at this stage.
Once we have an idea of your preferred layout, we’ll get a plan drawn-up for you to review. Take your time. We want to make sure the final plan fits the vision of your ideal dream home.
Now we get down to detail. We’ll provide you with a full list of the inclusions and products you need to select and make decisions on.
By completing these selections prior to construction, we can quote a fixed-price and complete your build in a timely manner.
Once the plan and selections are finalised, we will present you with our fixed-price quote and proposal.
Signing the contract
Now that the plan, selections, and price have been agreed upon, we will require you to sign the building contract and pay an initial deposit for the work.
Once signed, we’ll lodge the development applications and all council paperwork.
We’ll also provide you with a proposed timeline for construction, and a detailed payment schedule for each stage of your build.
Once we receive approval from the council, building will begin. Our foreman, Ian, will run all onsite aspects of the job and ensure your home is being built to the highest quality standard.
Our attention to detail is second to none.
No slap-dash or ‘that’ll do’ work here. We take pride in paying attention to every little detail of the build, creating homes that stand the test of time and reflect our fine craftsmanship.
Ian will provide you with regular weekly updates on the progress of the build, to ensure you’re always up to date. If there are unexpected delays due to hold-ups from bad weather or delayed deliveries, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Completion of the project
With the building finished, we’ll arrange the final council inspection and ensure all paperwork is completed as part of the sign-off.
With the paperwork done, construction completed and final payment made, we’re ready to hand over the keys.
